About us
What started as a group of friends DJing at small parties has evolved into a versatile creative enterprise and music collective, shaping the landscape for the next generation of artists. BPM exists to uplift, inspire, and provide tangible opportunities for emerging talent, leaving a lasting imprint on the industry while championing sustainable creative careers.
For over five years, BPM has operated as a multi-disciplinary collective, connecting like-minded creatives across the UK and, more recently, in major cities across Europe. We are a platform that merges music, culture, and community, bridging the gap between grassroots talent and industry infrastructure.
At our core, we bring together individuals whose creative output defines our aesthetic language, shaping a distinct cultural identity. Whether through events, apparel, artist development, label services, or community-led initiatives, BPM continues to push the boundaries of what a music collective can be. Our goal is simple: to empower the next wave of creatives while building a sustainable, forward-thinking business model.
BPM's impact extends beyond a single demographic. We have worked with artists and creatives at every stage of their journey, from grassroots talent to globally recognised names, fostering a community that transcends socio-economic and cultural barriers.
In recent years, we have hosted high-impact events and collaborated with ex-Brockhampton member Jabari Manwa, DJed major festival stages including Strawberries & Creem, and partnered with Red Bull for an outdoor basketball event celebrating creative talent. We have also played a role in supporting artists by opening shows for AJ Tracey, Chase & Status, and collaborating with Dr. Martens.
Over the years, BPM has cultivated a distinct brand identity that continues to engage, influence, and provide access to venues, industry professionals, and vital creative resources.
BPM is not just a collective—it’s the driving force of a cultural movement. Based in London, we are shaping the creative landscape for our generation and beyond.
